Enrique was going to see his Mom in U.S.A., so he has to cross the Boarder to get there with a Friend that told Him they made it There which is the Boarder. Like Enrique was doing everyting as possible to try to Cross to the United States and might take Him a While to get there. So, that's what I know about the Video thst was about Enrique's Journey, and how He wanted to Cross to U.S.A.
ReplyDeleteMY THOUGHT OF THIS STORY IS THAT ITS ABOUT A MEXICAN THAT WANTS TO CROSS THE BOARDER BECAUSE HE WANT TO GET TO HIS MOM BECAUSE HE WANTS TO KNOW WERE SHE IS AT .I GUESS HES WITH A SMALL GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT ALSO WANT TO CROSS THE BOARDER.HE WORKS AND WORKS TO TRY AND CONTACT HE'S MOMA;HE NEEDS MONEY.I THINK ITS KIND OF SAD BECAUSE HE WANTS TO BE TOGETHER WITH HIS MOM AGAIN AD ALL HE CAN DO IS CONTACT HER .

ReplyDeleteFrom what i heard from the students in the video, I think Enrique's journey is going to be like really exciting.Since i have mexican family i know it's really hard for mexicans to come to the U.S specially if you don't know what's going on or were you're at. I can't wait to read this book like seriously beause i really want to know what happens to Enrique. Now im wondering if he does find his mom and if he has a happy life after that. I feel like this book is going to be one of my favorites since it's a dangerouse journey that Enrique is taking to accomplish his dreams of finding his mother.I am so gonna start reading the book as soon as i can!
ReplyDeleteWill I think Enrique’s journey would be about a boy named Enrique and he will try to find his mom because she left. The mom is maybe in Mexico trying to get money for the kids she has. When I saw this boy on the train I think that will be he’s transposition.

This video for me was relly sad, because its hard to see this and relize this relly does happen in life. When you see this things you think about how there life is hard and they try to run away from there old life to make a new life in the U.S.A Many people dont relize how lucky they are to have a family,bed,home and parents. They help them out each day to make them samrt and brave. I really like is beacuse i see how lucky i am to have a home and everthing.
ReplyDeletei think it is sad that Enrique`s mother left him. He must be brave to go look for his mother on his own. Enrique has to sneak on the train and go through the river to cross the border to america. He has to work hard to earn money to call his mother. This book makes you realize that this is happening every day. it makes you wonder about your own life and how happy you are to live in America

ReplyDeleteI think enrique shuldent have gone because he whould get hurt on the way to crossing the boarder,it is sad because he loves his mother alot and he really wants to see her if i were him i shuldent have gone and wait till the day she comes back. and start a life again i kho is hard because she doesnt have enough money to support her children in school.
ReplyDeleteWhat I think that this video is about a boy that was left alone by his mom because she went to the U.S. From what I heard in the video the boy has tried seven times already to cross the border, but all the times he has tried I think that he has gotten caught and sent back. From what I saw in the video is that he gets on a train and from what I know I’m guessing that he is from some part of Central America because to immigrate they have to get on a train. I think that all he wants since his left him is to see her again. I also think that finally some day he will get to the U.S. but I'm not sure if he is going to find his mother.

ReplyDeletewhat i think about this video is sad becaues his mom goes to the united atates and he stay lonly with her grandma and her litle sister and then he wants to go to the unitetd states to find her mother. ithink this story is sad.
ReplyDeleteI think that this story is about this boy trying to find his momin the u.s. He has to travel by himself and enter the u.s. This might have some problems because he is still young, no money, and not legal.
ReplyDeleteThis video gave me a lot of things to think about. It made me think i should appreciate everything i have.Some people hardly have anything and are not happy about that.But i have more than them and im not happy, so i need to be happy with what i got.Enrique went through a lot to find his mom. Those people in the video are right the book is really interesting. It's also hard tp put the book down and stop reading.
ReplyDeleteFROM WHAT I SAW ON THE VIDEO I THINK THAT THIS BOOK IS OING TO BE REALLY EXCITING.BECAUSE IT IS ABOUT IMMIGRANTS AND PROBABLY MAYBE OUR PARENTS WENT TRU THAT WELL MAYBE EVEN US .THAT WILL HELP US UNDERSTAND HOW PEOPLE SUFER WHILE THEY CROSS THE BORDER.I ALSO THINK THAT ENRIQUE TRIES HIS AND SUFFERS WHEN HE IS ON HIS WAY OF FINDING HIS MOM,BECAUSE HE LOVES HER AND HE WANTS TO LOOK FOR HER,HE WANTS TO SEE HER.

ReplyDeleteI believe that Enrique's Journey is a Biography about how a young boy has to cross the border to see his mother.I Think Enrique made a good decision to go find his mother in "El Norte".This book is a good book so far Sonia Nazario makes you feel as if you were in Enrique's shoes.
ReplyDeleteWell, once I saw this video, I started to think to myself how lucky I am to have what I have and actually start to appreciate my many loved ones who are actually in this country. And based on what I saw in the video, I felt as if I was in Enrique’s place, also, it looks like this kid has to pass many obstacles to overcome his major dream, to be along side to her mother, who is now in the USA. So, I am now more grateful to what I have and where I am today, I have loved ones who care dearly about me, and I live in the US very close to them. Now, I’m going to see what happens to Enrique’s on his most dangerous journey he’s had, and maybe his last…
ReplyDeleteWhen i saw these video i realized that my uncle when threw this he when threw the dessert "it was so hot" he told me he said he though he wasn't going to make it all the way hr said he need water but didn't bother stopping 4 some because some people will trick them and put some thing inside the water that would make them slow down and it will be easier for them to catch them or track them down and send them back to Mexico or the near by city to report them back. when i saw these video it made me think what if i was in Enrique's shoes it was hot and hungry and going threw the traits and were hot and will burn their skin.
ReplyDeleteWhat I think this video is about is a boy named Enrique is an immigrant and since he was riding on a train I think that he is from some place in Central America. Then it shows Enrique calling from a phone and I guess that he was calling a family member. In the video it is also shown that some immigrants were caught by the police. I also see that Enrique was washing cars and I guess to make money to go to the United States. Finally I saw some kids talking about the book named Enrique’s Journey.
